These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Cesta, the ERP platform provided by Ringo EAS. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
To use Cesta you must register providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and your company. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Cesta may offer a free trial period for the duration defined in the selected plan. During the trial you may use the available features at no charge. Once the trial ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.
Subscription payments are processed through Pagopar. Cesta does not store your credit card data. Billing is monthly or yearly according to the chosen plan and renews automatically until you cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for the information you upload to Cesta, including customers, suppliers, products and transactions. You must use the platform in accordance with the legislation in force in Paraguay and not for unlawful activities.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cesta reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of material changes and your continued use of the service after the changes are posted will constitute your acceptance.
